General Information
Your mission
- Prepare, analyse and present race strategies before/during/after events based on the latest available information
- Collaborate across various departments relating to overall vehicle performance, simulations as well as tire performance
- Analyse live telemetry and timing data to shape race decisions.
- Manage pit stop strategies, fuel windows, and tyre calls.
- Run pre-race simulations and scenario modelling.
- Work side by side with engineers, drivers, and management to maximise results.
- Represent RaceOn with professionalism and energy—both in the garage and with the customer.
- Lead the development of tools for most effective visualisation and decision metrics. (python, matlab or similar)
Your profile
- Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant engineering or mathematical discipline
- +3 years experience in F1, FE, WEC, IMSA or other endurance racing categories
- React under pressure when the unexpected happens (because it always does)
- have a solid understanding of car performance topics (vehicle dynamics, tires, aero, etc.)
- Ability to code in python/matlab (other languages would be beneficial)
- Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends
- You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment
